5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States (unless otherwise stated). Shipping times and costs are calculated based on destination and product availability.

Once a product leaves our facility, Box Guardian is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at Feliciah@boxguardiancorp.com within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.

Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Box Guardian products are covered under a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, or modification.
